What We Accept:

A Minimum of 10/Maximum of 50 Seasonally-Appropriate CLOTHING Items, SHOES And/Or ACCESSORIES in EXCELLENT USED CONDITION Per Drop.

You May Drop ONCE Per Quarter.  Drop Space WILL Be Limited. Do Not Delay!

January–SPRING   *   April–SUMMER   *   July–FALL   *   October–WINTER

Please use the Calendar at the bottom of this form to select a drop date. You'll receive a text message reminder one day prior with further details. Drops are contactless, and will be made locally in Yardley PA only.

Please Note:
Specific Questions WILL NOT be answered on Passed-On Items. General Feedback is available upon request.

Items found to be unsuitable for sale after the editing process will be donated regardless of your selection above–every effort will be made to detect issues upon initial edit, but some do fly under the radar. Please understand that returning defective items once they are “in the system” is not realistic.

If you choose Drop Option #2 please be aware that passed-on items will be earmarked for our clearance events, given to our partners at FOSTERING HOPE, or in some cases (stained, dirty, damaged items), donated directly to Green Drop or discarded.

All Drops MUST Be Coordinated in Advance, and MUST be LABELED. 
Please Drop Your NEATLY Arranged Items (no hangers please!) in a Bin (these will be returned only when choosing Option #1), Reusable Bag or Discardable Box. Clean, UNSCENTED Garbage Bags are also acceptable.

Items We Don’t Accept: 

Personalized Items (Camps, Local Schools/Sports Teams, Tourist Attractions)

Maternity Clothes, Cocktail Dresses, Bridal/Bridesmaid Apparel  

“Work” Clothes (suits, blazers, dress pants etc.)

“Fast-Fashion” Brands–Walmart, Children’s Place, Carters, Target, Kohls, Old Navy etc. (exceptions may be made based on quantity, style, condition, shop needs etc.) 

Socks, Underwear, Bras, Sports Bras unless NEW WITH TAGS.  

Infant Clothing under 12m (exceptions may be made for high-end/unique items)

Dated/Out of Style/Hand-Made/Tagless/Unsized/Unbranded Items

Labeled Items (removable stickers must be removed in advance. No Sharpie!)

Bedding, Blankets, Curtains, Stuffed Animals, Housewares, Toys

Any Clothing/Shoes/Accessories in less than EXCELLENT USED CONDITION!

Once you’ve completed this Seller’s Agreement, you’ll be able to schedule your drop. 

Please schedule using our Google Calendar link found on the website as space is limited!

You may drop UP TO 50 seasonally-appropriate items in EXCELLENT USED CONDITION.

REMEMBER All Drops MUST be Arranged & Agreed Upon IN ADVANCE.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

DUDS are listed on a 3-month, approximately 90-day seasonal turnaround. 

The “PROCESS DATE” (the date your items begin listing) will begin your seasonal contract. In the event that your items have not sold once 90 days have passed, you may request to reclaim unsold items on, or up to 3 days before your “RECLAIM DATE” (90 days after your process date). If you contact us after this date, or do not contact NINJA DUDS LLC at all, your unsold items will not be returned to you, and you will not be compensated for them. 

Each Seasonal Drop Will Require a New Contract. Space is limited–Do Not Delay! 

Payday is at the End of Every Quarter (March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, December 31st). You’ll receive 40% of your total net sales. Payments will be made via VENMO or PayPal.
